ES100
Hi all I am new to PW and been shooting pigeons for a couple of years, based in South bucks Over the last day or two I have seen some groups of 50-100 pigeons feeding on grass fields near my house Any ideas what they're feeding on? I guess it might be clover but I have walked round one of the fields (it's part of my permission) and can't see any clover sprouting Thanks ES100

M ROBSON
They will most definitely be picking new clover. Up here, along with clover, we also get them picking weeds in marshy pastures at this time of year. I've found birds before with Buttercup leafs in them. dkj7176
My mom has a small field, when we couldn't get any sheep on it I took out the old fergy 20 and the topper, 30 minutes later the grass was cut an hour after the the field was full of pigeons (50 plus) - no really sure what they were eating, maybe it was the something you saw ?
