Bluebarrels
My neighbours at work are the rspb lol by the way I'm being serious as its the middleton reserve with their pride rookery Well next time you bump into your neighbours(RSPB) ask them to change there website because it clearly states that Rooks eat young birds/eggs etc i also believe this to be the case, ive no evidence to suggest they attack lambs, but I never suggested otherwise BB Edited March 2, 2013 by Bluebarrels

scolopax
Rooks are pretty harmless most of the time and in general do the farmer a lot of good. They sometimes hit peas or laid barley and need teaching some manners. Damage to game, birds nests etc is minimal as they tend not to actively hunt eggs and chicks like some other corvids. Carrion crows are a different customer completely and should be shown no mercy.
-Mongrel-
Right, the 'rooks' are crows, he has a shedload of carrion crows on the land at the moment but doesn't appear to have the roost. Decoys it is I assume then!
