JustJon
Want to drop me a PM with the issue? Don't want practice names etc just outline of issues... I'll try and advise, based on what I know, of whether it's an obvious problem (broken law or vet guidelines) or whether it would have to come under UK trading law? Worked in the industry for a few years so know a few things that are and aren't allowed and what rulebooks exist for our protection.
Dave1087
Phone your house insurance up you should have free legal cover and talk to them and if you have a case they will take it on and it's fee Hope this helps
kent
Good luck whatever the situation, not all so called "professionals" play by the rules when it comes to money and yes we all make mistakes that's why Liability cover is purchased
al4x
be very careful trying to pursue any action as it could well be throwing good money after bad, if its individual conduct you can look into making a complaint through http://www.rcvs.org.uk/complaints/
vulpicide
Need your location we use Steven Lomax as an expert witness he is a vet and a QC but may be overkill in your case.
