Pykie
Thought I would try out my new Contour camera and really pleased with it! Trouble is when I uploaded it the quality has been reduced. Anyone know how to get it back to its crisp picture when uploading on youtube?
The Ghost
Great bit of kit, I fancy one of these but every time I get the cash saved up....I buy another gun? The quality was fine to me, always think these are great shooting over decoys.
Pykie
The original footage is even clearer in comparison, I think the original is 1080 but this one is only 720. I can't wait to get some decoying footage with it
Si-Bore
Cool. Was that something running off left at 30 secs? Could make it out very well.
Pykie
Don't think so, as I said the footage is really clear but as soon as its put on YouTube it looses it's definition :( will have to work out how to keep it high definition
hedd-wyn
Really impressed with the quality, good video mate. How much do they cost out of interest? Edited March 31, 2013 by hedd-wyn
Pykie
I got mine off a PW member, but they are £160 on eBay but you will need to get a decent memory card. Mine came with one and I reckon I can get 8 hours of footage, and the battery will hold that long too. I got a head strap as I don't like the "on the barrel" look. There is a guy on YouTube called tweedsandpheasants who uses the same camera and has some really good footage of pheasant and pigeon shooting
stubby
what was that running on floor, bottom left corner at 30 seconds, or was it just film pixelation
Pykie
Just watched original footage and it's a huge leaf blowing across the ground!

halfbee
I'm no expert but the quality of Vimeo always seems better than that of YouTube.
