la bala
I was reading a thread about the guy buying a cz that had a dodgy safety catch. When i am out with my rifle, i have a round chambered, but never close the bolt completely until i am ready to fire, i never use my safety, what do you guys do? In a fall its quite likely that bolt will get closed all on its own. I use two ways 1. loaded with the safety on (generally while waiting or woodland stalking) 2, bolt forwards on an empty chamber (take care one hasn't sneaked in front, best done with a detachable mag) mag fully charged - fine out on the hill etc. Method 2 needs real attention to the point I make I know of a stalker who's client shot him after getting this wrong, yet I think done correctly is fool proof in the case of mechanical failure or a fall

Sx3 clay breaker
Ill have the safety on but be very muzzle aware wont take long for that bullet to do serious damage at the end of the day all guns are man made so some are going to be defective one time in their life but I don't point at anything unless I plan to destroy it
