happyshooter
It depends on your build, size,a decent 2nd hand hw 95 in .22 cal or if a well built chap an hw 97.22 cal, these guns are built to last and if tuned by Tony at SFS are really a great gun. atb brian

fabarm gamma boy
I disagree that there are plenty good "hunting" rifles for sub £100 but then that's my opinion! You genuinely would be better off saving a few more £££ and buying a second hand air gun, like my previous recommendation. must agree with this post, you get what you oay for! secretagentmole
NEver heard of them before Punma Innova? http://www.gunstar.co.uk/Air-Rifles/Puma-Innova-gun-for-sale-gs123142.aspx or http://www.gunstar.co.uk/Air-Rifles/Puma-Innova-gun-for-sale-gs118807.aspx Complete rubbish. Only of any use to die hard Innova/Ace fans. Trigger is abysmal, quality is awful and power nowhere near stated levels, to be honest a balloon and a drinking straw would probably be more powerful. I have one, only because I wanted a pump up gun, it is still awaiting collection by Webley to be sorted out! Got myself a QB78 DL instead! The Hatsan 55 and 60 are a good gun for around the £100 mark, a bit long perhaps, but very well made and sold for twice the price bearing a Webley tag! So get a Hatsan! pimpkiller
I picked up a BSA lightning XL tactical with scope off this very site for £50 so it can be done if you have patience I would seriously consider a hatsan or some gamo's or a second hand premium make like a Hw99 or 57 if you are lucky
