missedagainstan
Did the deal on the Tikka T3 heavy barrel in 243 stainless over the manlicher pro hunter my preferred two rifles. Gun had to be sent for screw cutting for moderator and then to proof house for testing, a three week wait. Waited four weeks and no word, contacted shop, gun still waiting to be cut and so still not proofed Gutted Another three week wait Hope its all worth it
Graham M
Tell the shop to stop the screw-cutting and to give you the gun back as you will take it elsewhere and get the work done. Three weeks and it hasn’t been touched… ..someone is taking the Michael. G.M.
JohnGalway
Sound's like they've put other customers ahead as you're maybe not making quite enough of a fuss about it. Bad service, take your money elsewhere.

deadeye ive
I was told there was a 4 week delay at the proof house so my work was turned around in 2 days un proofed and still is 2 years later
Hodmedod.one
Don't be shy, tell us who the Gunshop is. Seems like he may be another graduate of the Riflecraft customer satisfaction course.

Seems like he may be another graduate of the Riflecraft customer satisfaction course. Name and shame, no no no There a good lot really and never had any problems So when it comes to acessories the newly screw cut T3 I feel theres going to be a few £££ saved in my favor. As for rifle craft - spent a good long time on the stand at the midland game fair, filled in the forms for e mail info and a rifle course never any reply What a joke! Graham M
Never heard anything good about Riflecraft. Makes you wonder how the hell they survive. G.M.
