Camo-it DIY Kit, any experience?

I don't see why not? You might have to take a lot more time over it, but i guess it'd work? Just don't do what someone I know once did: bought a stupidly expensive gun as a retirement present to himself. Thought he'd get a nice heather camo job done to give it a USP. Went out for a grouse shoot, took a couple of birds, put the gun down to go and retrieve (dog having got distracted) came back, never found the gun - too well camouflaged! no claim on insurance either. not an ideal way to start retirement...

I have to say i just done my CZ 223 and it is so simple if you take your time, i used a kit from the US on my semi auto 12gauge but camo it is 100% better and the finish is great. I watched the video's a few times until i was happy to go ahead i would recommend it to anyone that wants to make the gun look new. My wife did't believe it had been covered she thought i had bought a new rifle.
