Rexcernui
Went clay breaking for the second time today, this time in glorious sunshine, and had 2 rounds of sporting First time I went was last week and got 20/50 , first round this morning was 22 so not a great improvement so after a cuppa I went around again and got 30, I am a lot more pleased with myself with that score, I know what I'm doing wrong and know where I need to improve. Totally addicted now . Just need sell furniture and the telly to pay for my new and expensive cartridge addiction
Frenchieboy
I think that if we are all going to be honest we would all like to hit a few more that we did "last time out"! You seem to be improving quite quickly so keep practicing and thinking about how you missed the ones you did and then how to corect any mistakes you made previously! Well done mate - Hitting every 3 out of 5 for a "novice" is nothing to be ashamed of, I'm think I have done well if I do that on a good day ! flynny
I don't do much clays, but I do notice that if we do a 100 bird on the second 50 I seem to shoot more than the first 50, maybe I've "got my eye in "on the last 50 ?? Rexcernui
I seem quite nervous and jittery for the first set then seem to settle down a bit later. I need to practice. And I am going to do as much as I can. Thanks for replies. John
