Hi guy's I am new to the forum so this will be my first post..

I am planning to make a trip to Lindisfarne holy island this coming season. we normally make a few trips to the Solway each season, so have decided to split the days between the two. we are thinking of going towards the end of October or just after the full moon.

But I was wondering if anybody has got any advice about shooting there, such as size of tides, decoying and areas which may be dangerous e.g mud as it is such a big place. and places to stay where you can keep dogs.

If anyone has any info that would be great thanks.
