wymberley
Guys, help please. Firearms Dept. now shut and would like to get this off first thing in the morning. Part B on application form: In Para 19 as it says purchase, acquire or possess, do you have to detail just what you wish to get (purchase/acquire) or must you also include those detailed in Para 17 (already possessed). Haven't done this for so long I can't remember. It is a one for one and the one going has already gone which is reflected by its absence in para 17 (the transfer notification will be included in the paperwork) so the only change now will be the one that's (hopefully) coming. Hope that makes sense. Cheers

MG6065
Like the man above said but I always put a covering letter in aswel explaining what you want and what you want to keep etc, that way it reduces the chances of any kind of mix up
wymberley
Thanks, Guys. I covered all bets, cross referred Para's 17 and 19 plus a covering letter. Fortunately, Devon and Cornwall are the good guys. A one for one just means no increase in holding and really, notifying them that one has been sold while then applying for another doesn't strictly count as a one for one I'd have thought but it does down yer. Happy days.
