leon
Deben tracer max pro excellent bit of kit! I run one on my 10/
Quercus
I don't think you can beat Lightforce lamps, a bit pricey but well worth it. Q
leon
I like lightforce to Q but don't you find them a bit bulky for a rimmy?
Quercus
Possibly leon, but the quality of the beam is first class and they don't weigh anything. I use a 170 on my .22 but only because I primarily got it for my foxing rifle. I can't say that I've ever found it cumbersome or awkward. If I wanted one just for a rimfire I would probably go for a 140. Q
rjimmer
The lamp I used to use was only 8 watts. The battery lasted for ages. Deben, I think.
tommy trucker
i've had shed loads of lamps, the one i think thats the best and use it on my rimmy & centre fire is a nightsearcher gun light. its small robust 1mil' candle power and adjustable from spot to flood. it comes with scope mount/shotgun mount. filters are avialable for it to it's spot on photo
