Hi i have made a NV set up which works perfect out to 40mtrs but would like to get out further(i can see eye shine out to around 70mtrs but can only identify out to 40mtrs.).I am using a Sony handy cam with night shot, but using an additional screen. The IR illuminator is the NM800 with IR neck.Does anyone know a UK supplier for a Sony BW bullet camera.I have been following EVO's thread but have not been able to acquire a camera.I want to be able to clearly identify rabbits at 50/70mtrs.

Have you tried moreton alarms, I ordered one from there recently, just waiting to receive it? If you got that, Evo or Mick might correct me here, but I think with a nightmaster you should easily reach your target distance!

It does depend on your scope though...

The scope fitted to my rimmy is a Hawke Nite-Eye 3-9x50ir with the Sony night shot it is as clear as day at 40mtrs but i need to clearly identify back stops more than the rabbit really at 50/70mtrs.The NM800 is poss cabable to 100mts with the right camera. But 70mts is my confidence zone if you know what i mean.

davyo, give moreton alarms a ring mate and ask them for a bullet camera for your night vision setup, make sure you get it with a 12mm lens also mate this will help you out no end

oh and don't forget to order a 20mm cable gland to fit the camera into
