eccles Posted August 12, 2013 Report Share Posted August 12, 2013 Invited Andy down on the crows. So off early in the morning for a bit of crow bashing with Andy. Got to ring him in a bit to chat about tomorrow. Weather forecast a bit wet in the morning ,drying out later. Hope to get him some crows in so he gets some shooting,where a load there on Sunday when i went for a look. Will post pics and write up tomorrow if we get a good days sport. There where 200 + carrion and rooks on the ploughed fields loads dropping into the barley, couple of hundred of jackdaws in field behind ploughed 1 and a few hundred jackdaws and crows around the farm buildings. But they got to be quick filming because you are shooting most of the cast lolol haha. Sound like there's plenty to be had mate, so I hope it comes good for another decent bag. Perhaps when i get my lazy a*se behind a wheel of a car and pass my test, i may be able to take a trip up and have a day or two out with you Terry. Be nice to have a few shots and a walk around with the rifles up around your way with you. I like my own company out in the field but like youself i like some company from time to time and have some shooting banter with some one else.
