Wildfowler12
I'm sure some of you will have seen these on YouTube. I'm putting an order together for some friends and having some shipped from the states. They retail at about $110 for the tabletop version, but I'm led to believe I can get a reasonable discount for buying a few at once (they are stocked in batches of 6). If you want in let me know and I'll work out the costs, the more I get the cheaper it works out for all. They're not everyone's cup of tea, I prefer to leave the skin on the duck when I'm cooking them. But they do work exceptionally well for crowning birds quickly. PM me if you're interested. figgy
Look good, but with a bag limit of three in our club it would take me longer to clean than breast them out. For bigger bags a great piece of kit. figgy
henry d
Not for me I`m afraid, I use the skin the liver, the legs and the carcase, such a waste of good food.
