It is time for a change of car......

A few mates (who don't shoot) have said Santa Fe's are very good - we are talking about the 2.2 diesel ones not the first model.

I need something for mostly road/family use but need to get around some farm tracks.... no big mud stuff or serious off road use.

Yes the warranties are great but that is only if you buy a new one or nearly new but what when it is 5 years old, it that when the problems hit home?

Any experiences?

Big and heavy offroad but should be perfect for what you want OK to drive at mway speeds, plenty of room and well spec'd. Mines a 2.4 petrol so got to watchout for the heavy foot

Been a good cheap (to buy) bus for me, always putting juice in tho.

No diff lock, no low box, just permanant 4WD.

I like it but not sure Id have another. :good:

Interesting, the 2.2 diesel does have a diff lock.
