Gimlet Posted August 20, 2013 Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 Ok how does this sound , Diana had a nice time in Paris , 9 months later her and Dodi had a baby , Dodi and his dad make sure its brought up in the Moslim faith , would that child be 3rd or 4th in line to the throne ? No child fathered by Dodi Al-fayed would have any claim to the throne. If Diana had become Charlse's queen, he died, and she then produced a child with Al-fayed while reigning monarch, that would be a different matter. Without succeeding to the throne herself as Charles's wife, no child of Diana's born out of wedlock would stand in line to the throne; unless possibly, Charles died, all his siblings died and all their children died simultaneously, in which case we would probaly have become a republic and Diana would have had to take her chances as a presenter on daytime TV.
