pickerup Posted August 20, 2013 Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 Set up on a field of wheat stubble yesterday, had about an hours shooting when a tractor appeared, and started collecting the bales, pigeons took no notice and still came in, at the end of the day picked up 173 pigeons, and 4 crows. Steveg, you were better off going to work, than coming out on a bad day like this. Never mind there's about 200 on the rape stubble by your house, and about a 1,000, on another field not far away. pickerup Posted August 20, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 JD whenever Steveyg turns up the pigeons have a day off, so I think he's been cursed, if I can get him excorcised tomorrow, we may have a decent day out on Thursday,( watch this space).
