Bought the Clulite interceptor at the Midland last Sat for £99.00 - on the Clulite stand they were selling them at a discounted price of £120.00!

Tried it last night Steve a great spotlight out to 300 yards and the lamp contains the battery, complete with 3 coloured filters, mains and car charger and handle to use it hand held.

The Clu-Briter is a 'cheaper' model lamp, which retails with Cluson at around £66+. They state that it reaches 250 yards in the right conditions.

I'm tempted to get one, as I've been offered one at below retail price, and having no wires trailing with it, suits me.

Hi Steve

I have one I love it, the beam is a bit tight at times especially when scanning for stuff but it will do 250 metres easily.Good when I get out of the truck looking for stuff when out lamping and not having to worry about wires and separate batteries. The Nightmaster is more versatile as you can use it on the rifle solo and with a red LED and it will do 200 metres easily.I am thinking of getting the X-searcher next time I go to the USA. I only paid about £65 for the Nightmaster in the US and the x-searcher is about £75, against £120 and £140 over here.My Clubriter cost about £45 in Mole Valley Farmers

I have one Steve and its great, i got the red filter for it too. Am sure it was more like £50 but maybe my memory is poor.

I think its a great light and the white light shines a real good distance and as said above the beam is tight. I was put onto these by Neil AKA Hornet 6 who has had his longer than ive had mine so has used his more.

It has a smart charger and i can charge it in the wagon or at home on the mains. Only shame is its not dimable just 2 power settings. Nice and light to carry also !

Cheers mate. I also have an X searcher, bought for me, via a friend in the USA. I had the red pill, an IR one, extension neck and pressure switch for a hell of a lot cheaper than over here. I don't really need another lamp, as I have a Lightforce 240 Blitz, a Blaserlite 2m candle power, and lots of other little, but bright lamps. It's the fact that it's wire free that I like. The price you paid for it is good. I can get one around that price too.

Steve.
