Im pretty low on the income scale and I know the coalition is bad but Labour will be the end of this Country for sure. I also felt that when Labour was in last time tax went up more than now. That is inspirational, Milibellend is hilarious! Balls is still spouting his name at the conference today. Listening to Jeremy Whine on radio 2 today, people were asking why we did not have a leader like Angela Merkel. Finally, someone pointed out that we did. Face it, our economy is screwed beyond rescue, there will be no recovery. You can now choose between a party who will level all the remaining wealth until everyone is poor or a party who will feather their own nests and then ****** off abroad. Want to play the blame game ? Blame yourself, blame everyone who used the "cradle to grave" care system with no thought to the long term costs. The tax we paid was nowhere near enough to pay for our health service, schools etc. etc., which is why successive governments borrowed more and more money from future generations, always assuming that they would bail us out.
