Well it is to me!!!!!

 

Chorizo sausage, plack pudding, ox tongue, chorizo then the pigeon breast, chorizo, ox tongue, black pudding, chorizo, stack up in that order with the pigeon breast in the middle and slammed on 180 for 20 mins, take it out of the foil for the last 5 mins and whack the heat up to 220,

 

Tis a gift from the bleddy gods,

Its a doodle to prepare, will hopefully be trying it with goose soon eh!!!!

o yes...i filled the freezer up on sunday with mallard and goose brest..

 

tried some last night with those season bags from tesco, just drop the meat in, shake it around and 40 mins in the oven..was exelent.
