The .204 is probably a marmite calibre, you love it or hate it, and it works or it doesn't, but one thing is for sure, if you want to get the best out of it you will need to keep that barrel flagpole length, and hope you can find, or load a round it likes! magnum Posted October 5, 2013 Report Share Posted October 5, 2013 i got my 204 just as a foxing cal with a nv add on!! but having shot it for over a year now it dose much more long bunny and crows out past 300mts but thats as far as i take it,,,,, i don,t shoot any thing past that range i do reload for it and to get the best out of this cal it,s the way to go mine loves any thing i put down it 40 vmax 32bks 32 noslers they all shot well when you find that sweet spot i do tend to shoot 40 vax on foxes mostly never had any trouble with it on foxes it drops them out to around 250 mark on some of the moors we shoot over i do tend to get them in a lot closer than that as a rule,,,, put in for it you will not be sorry ian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
