SNAKEBITE Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 Yes it is worth getting a silencer. Even a springer will benefit from one, it will cut down on the crack down target. You will still get the mechanical boing in the buisness end but this will not be heard (ish) by the quarry. So if it doesn't come with a thread its gonna cost the price of a silencer + the cost of getting the barrel threaded which could be quite a bit .
