bikemad24
This fox was taken last night at a 184 yrds with my 22-250 vmax 50gn. i missed one earlier in the night at what i though was 250 yrd turns out it was 320 yrds so got my range finding totally wrong. oh well it will come with experience. i always try and get the range finder out with the lamp after i take the shot. My n750 is for sale. Going to an add on.
V8 90
You seem to be doing well with the N750 - how come you want to move to an add on ? Perhaps you have very long arms
bullet boy
Well done. What add on are you after?I can highly recommend an Archer-Brilliant NV unit!
bikemad24
I miss using my rifle in the day to much. Plus i can use it on my hmr as well, my 22-250 kills rabbits a bit to well.
V8 90
Do what I've done - 2 Hmr's,1 with a dayscope & 1 for night with dedicated NV & 2 x .204's 1 with a dayscope & 1 for night with a dedicated NV scope
bikemad24
Was thinking of that but its just more cost. if i got a say an archer i could swap from rifle to rifle plus could use it as a spotter as well.. plus putting in a variation is such a pain in the backside.. grasshopper
As Mark says, these Archers really do the business, have mine set up for my .22 250,.17HMR and my .22,so versatile and easy to use. By the way, cracking shot on the Fox

bikemad24
Hello simon i do a rotation of my perms and on my 2 big perms i split the land in 2 as well so not to overshoot. i normally get on each one once a month. Plus i get a call from the keeper on an estate during the week, so im very very lucky. i can honestly say its probably the best thing that ever came about when i worked for john deere as a mechanic i got to meet alot of farmers. i gave it up though as its too seasonal and the wages are very poor.
