Bullet Wallets

I use one of these

It's not leather, but holds 30 bullets and doesn't rattle in your pocket like normal plastic boxes. If you have .22LR and HMR buy one for each calibre, because once you have put HMR bullets in it, it won't hold .22's anymore.

As above, I wouldn't want a leather wallet for rimfire ammo, you'd be forever fumbling about trying to get the little cases out. It can be be bad enough with 243/308 cases on a cold morning.

There used to be wrist bands sold that held .22 ammo in leather, not seen one for years though. There are some very usefull airgun pelley pouches though, I have one from Micheal Tawn airgun supplies and its quite good having a half moon shape and a stay ridged design it will also take RF mags. Fits around you neck on a cord.

Ive seen a lot of leather bullet wallets for the larger centerfire cartridges.

However has anyone ever come across one for a .17hmr or .22?

I know its more practical to have a plastic box, but would be nice to have a wallet.

Thanks all

I've made some leather pouches for centrefire rounds, which hold a factory strip of 10 rounds.

A similar thing can be made, but replaced with a block of wood, holes drilled to hold the .22lr rounds.

Now that does look good, but I'd hate to ask the price !!
