Advice from people in the know.fencing/rabbit control

Hello all

Need some advice regarding network rail not controlling rabbits.out farm has a field that boarders with the railway there fence does have rabbit proof fencing but only along a small section.i know by law all landowners have keep control of there rabbit population,so they are required to do so.but after contacting them twice last year and once recently they have just fobbed us of by telling us the appropriate person will contact us about the matter.but had enough now we had to dig up 100 odd trees as rabbit damaged.does anybody know who to contact on matters like this?citizens advice?has anybody on here had similar problems with network rail or big companies?and if so what did you do?
