SSS
If you prefer ios then how can you comment on the battery life of the HTC,as a HTC user that has his linked to an ipad all day sending emails with photos and reports and receiving lots back, using it for lots of calls and then general surfing, and linking it to a laptop in the hotel in the evening,i have to say it is probably better on battery life than the iphone 4 and 4s that i owned, and way way better at actually getting a phone signal, some thing the iphone seemed to be incapable of and what convinced me to go to android in the first place. I didn't mean to upset you with my post, but the facts are there. Not necessarily poor battery life, more battery failure. My brother in law has had 4 of them, the first 3 died within a few days now he's got a decent one, it's ok. I moved from android 12 months ago. The iPhone 4 and 4s aren't as good as the 5 on iOS 7, but that's a different conversation.

Out of the 6 iphone 5's in my office 5 were replaced because of battery suddenly dying and no signal or weak signal, like most there are good and bad. SSS
But this thread has got nothing to do with iPhone. The op said he specifically doesn't want iOS. No point in willy waving and saying yours is better than mine, that isn't the idea of the thread. I was giving my opinion on the matter and stating facts that the HTC One is ****. *edit: so good I said it twice Edited February 8, 2014 by SSS

To say the HTC1 is **** without having one is like saying a ferrari is **** because you drive a mondeo. You wave your willy,i got past that form of expression when i was about
Blunderbuss
If you're commited to android (I'm an iOS lover) then definitely consider the Sony Xperia Z1. It's fantastic. Screen is great, camera is brilliant and they're waterproof as well. I don't rate samsungs though, they're very bloated and slow compared to the competitors. The HTC one is pretty poor too. They suffer with a lot of battery issues. That's a surprise, I've had no battery issues with my previous HTCs?
