'Sitty Tree' Shooting

I've got some pigeons feeding on greens and on their flight line they are using 2 trees as 'sitty trees' before dropping into the greens.

These trees are about 200 yards away from where the greens are and I'm going to set up close to these trees and take the birds coming in to these trees,so my question is:

Do I set up a decoy pattern etc close to these trees to draw birds in or is that not necessary?

Will it aid my shooting or will it put them off do you think?

Whats the best advice please?

Thanks
