Del T
Hi all We have just bought a huglu .410 and have a question on notifying Lancs police. Myself and my wife both have certs, we have one shotgun each. Our own guns are on our certs and each other's guns are on our certs too. So two guns on each cert, eg my wifes gun is also on my cert but classed as shared and vise versa. The new .410 is on my wifes cert as sold and it states shared on my cert. Now the question is do I have to notify Lancs police too or is it ok if just my wife notifies them? I got a form from Lancs police website and there's a section that says " if any other cert holder shares weapons/security please give cert number". Would I be ok just putting my number in there or should I also complete a form too.? Thanks
Scully
The certificate number of joint owner will do according to the quote you posted, so that's all I would do.
