must be just me then thinks that co2 is ****. buy a proper air gun and get away from the bulb buying.

arnold - "it will do the job no matter if the ft lbs goes up or down" a rather sweeping statement isnt it? how can you be sure? max muzzle energy = max downrange kinetic energy. when i squeeze the trigger, i know its going down to stay.

Hey everyone wondering what you think off the umarex 850 air magnum I know it's co2 powered but everone of my airgunning mags had said it's a 11 ftibs but drops to 9 and a half in cold,

Wondering if you think it's worth gettting one for hunting

It's really light and in the field test it did really well

thanks

Now then, im looking to sell/swap my airmagnum camo if your interested?, theres details and a picture in the buy, sell, swap area of this forum

:)

 got the same one myself in .177, shortened the barrell & had a thread cut onto the end for a silencer  . shoots like a dream, accurate for 35 yards, but is affected by environmental temperature. this doesn't pose a problem though, just the power goes down a little, also can be a little expensive on airsource bottles. try to cut your costs by buying in bulk & find a good quality pellet, you shouldn't have a problem... :good:
