AAAAAAEEEEEEERRRGGGGGHHH bloody monkeys the lot of them.............anyone else have problems with their lack of customer service, been waiting for an engineer for 4 weeks... then I get a revised bill thru for 54 quid,,,,,I was paying 31.............but they wont honor the 31.... going to type a long email to them now..........wonder what will happen......... mossy835 Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 yes they are not very good, but they have it all there own way.i was paying for sky for years, then they cut me off they said id not been paying but i was, they found out it was someone eles that was not paying up country, so they put me back on but i had two pay £43, two get it back i said i would not pay, but you know who payed it yes the wife.
