cluais
Hi all I shot a drilled field yesterday with a good few pigeons coming into it. Was out today for another look and the farmer had rolled the whole field with a big roller on the back of the tractor The field is as flat as a carpet now, will this still attract pigeons or is it too hard for them to get at the food.. Dbw1shrops
If there's grain on the top still there should be a good chance, I would keep an eye on it. Atb Dave Edit (spelling) Edited April 14, 2014 by Dbw1shrops
JDog
The fields are very unlikely to be drilled with spring wheat.

JDog
I stand corrected if it is wheat. It may be for green forage.
cocknee
If you shot the field yesterday there is unlikely to be many on it today.
