Wiggum
I have a Beretta A400 and I'm wanting to keep the woodwork in good condition so called into my rfd and was sold some walnut oil. Now I'm just abit nervous about applying this to my stock and fore end wood and don't want to make a pigs ear of the finish. Is it really the best product to keep the wood looking its best and also provide protection from the weather. Travlaa
I use CCL gunstock conditioning oil. Just need a few drops on the palm of your hand, and rub into the stock to build the friction up. You should feel some heat. Then leave for 24hrs to dry and repeat if necessary. Avoid the chequering as it goes all sticky and you can't rub it in. Apparently using a tooth brush gets it out, but best to just avoid it
lloydi73
I was sold, and have been told from several fellow old experienced shooters, trade secret is good....rub a small bit in with clean cloth, buff afterwards...comes up good.....Used it twice so far and I must admit the stocks on all three of my Berettas are lookijg good with this on.....
