Spike Chess
The Mrs and i opened the bottle of blueberry whisky she made, strangely enough it tasted quite nice, not as good as the sloe whiskey we did , but nice. Anyone out there got any whiskey recipes we can try. Thanks .

hedd-wyn
yep blackberry whisky is good Is it just a case of soaking them in whisky?
Spike Chess
I add castor sugar as well. Leave them afew months shaking bottle every week or so. Then sieve a few times and re-bottle. Not saying this is right or wrong its how ive done the sloe and blueberry whisky and the sloe gin. Freeze the sloes first then allow them to defrost, it saves using the old toothpick method i was first shown.
