Mentalmac
Not yet, all been given to local game dealer, but gonna have a look for a few recipes over coming weeks as my wife and I are partial to game However, my mother has asked for a few and some rabbits aswell, so maybe learn off good old mum Pigeons couldn't be any easier to eat in my opinion, to start with - you can take one home with you and then just rip the skin on the breast area and peel it all back and slice the breasts off as you would a chicken... If you like the flavour you can do other things to get more meat off. I do the twist the wings off at the joint and plug the chest feathers and then stick thumb under crown to dislodge the organs and flip the crown out in one go method. Takes a couple of minutes per bird.
