Footu
Just had a couple.of hours on the range with Liam and Mike setting up a new tikka. 25 pounds per hour instruction good guys, fair price(10 per hour range only) and stalking available. 2 hours later and 3 bullets in the same hole benched at100 yards. Very happy. Bring on the foxes!

malkiserow
I don't know Liam but I know Mike and he is a top bloke. You forgot the best bit ....... 100M underground range
moorvale55
Calton Moor Range is only a couple of miles drive for me, I've used it several times and always found Mike to be most helpful. Apart from the underground range, deer stalking is available and it's a Zeiss centre as well. A great place to zero any rifle.
scobydog
Off out with Mike later to bash bunnies and foxes, if the weather clears, he is a top bloke and very helpful if you need any advice. Will be on the reds in September with him if I can get free time. S
Archie-fox
Just got back from the range today from my annual visit, took my new 243 to run in properly.. The Winchester 58 grain shoot 1/2 inch groups at 100 meters.. Sako 70grain no good. Federal 100grain spot on.. So I've got my deer and fox rounds sorted, the 58grain are 1" high. The federal shoot 1" low so all I need to do is adjust for the federal and re-adjust to go back to 58 grain, no need to adjust left or right.
