Gun Watch
Franchi 48 AL £95 12 gauge Shotgun Private Seller Used - Average Condition Mansfield, Nottinghamshire Semi-Automatic, 3/4 Choke, -, 28" barrels Description I am selling my Franchi 48 AL semi-auto 12 gauge shotgun. It is fixed choke which I believe is 3/4 and in used but reasonable condition. I purchased this for my son as I thought it would dampen some recoil on the heavier cartridges but it kicks like a mule and has been sat in the cabinet for over 2 years. It seems to be a little select on the type of cartridge that suits it best to cycle but I have priced to sell at only £95. No transfers please and collection from Mansfield area This gun is being sold by Pigeon Watch member Vinny v. Vinny v
Have u moved the bronze friction ring ? That may help Sadly I haven't tried anything with it and my sons passion for a semi faded very quickly when we decided to get a Browning 525 for him instead. To be honest we've put less than 100 cartridges through it trying to find the ones it likes. I'll google the bronze ring thing in case it doesn't sell. Many thanks

johnnytheboy
They kick if the spring or tube the spring on is oiled, clean it all off with a solvent oil and put the friction ring in the right place! My A5 was jumping off my shoulder when I first got it!
