Boogie
I have owned half a dozen shotguns over the years but I have never bought a brand new one, however I am now considering buying a new Beretta 690 Game shotgun. Does anybody have one? If so what's your opinion - good or bad. Many Thanks.
fruity
I dont own one but used a colleague's on a couple of stands clay shooting Sunday while he shot my 692 to compare them A nice gun slightly lighter than mine and I felt more recoil but a nice pointable gun
Alycidon
I have used a 687 lightweight game gun for over 20 years, superb gun. Just dont go wacking lots of 34 gr loads through it or you will know about it. A few on a goose flight are OK. I usually use 30gr loads. Suggest you try the fit, I found the Miroku's I owned in the 70s and 80s tended to have to much cast for me making them shoot left all the while. Boogie
Yes I need to try one first, I have never tried a Miroku / Browning so probably should try these also. I used to have a Silver Pigeon 2 but stupidly sold it - 'twas a nice gun...
Bungle The Bear
A nice grade Five Miroku all day long - the best value shotguns on the market by a country mile.
