I did wonder that when i first saw the shots but i think the guys in shot are very highlighted due to a fill flash maybe, i've seen it before and it does give that sort of effect.

Seems this Lion has being about NTTF,

Just being on another forum, same pictures, exactly,

But it was in Baker County, USA.

No story with it yet though,

Whenever there is an exceptional cat shot you end up with a dozen stories hitting the internet all claiming different areas and people. There is another one doing the rounds right now where a chap is holding the cougar up in a garage it has been claimed in about 6 states including southern Texas...funny part is there are snow tire chains hanging on the wall. :welcomeani: The pics of the mule beating the cat that was suppose to be hunting the hunters....the cat was already dead, it had been shot , but the mule was aggressive to cats and the owner took the pics that time. He did it everytime there was a shot cat. Unfortunately there is always someone trying to take credit for someone elses good fortune. :good:

Seems that there was a story floating around at the beginning of Febuary where someone was claiming that the cat was shot in Baker City Oregon. General story was that it was a cat eating domesticated animals...broke into a garage....cattle killer.

If you like you can read abit more about it here;
