phaedra1106
What shortage of bullets? Shell House can make as many as you want and are very high quality, http://www.shellhousebulletcompany.co.uk/apps/webstore/products/category/747771?page=1 Or Kranks have GM in stock, http://www.henrykrank.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=164_165_166&products_id=1295 As for the rifle, I know 2 people in the US who bought one, one was OK with about a 2" to 3" group at 50m the other wouldn't group at anything over 10 to 15m no matter what ammunition or home loads were tried in it. JONAH898
I ment factory rounds mate, everywhere I looked were out of stock, I like to build up a supply of once fired brass when have a few hundred then will buy the dies and heads to home load as like to load 400-500 at a time on my single stage
phaedra1106
The cost of 500 factory rounds would let you make around 1500-1600 yourself, just get the cases, powder, primers and bullets and get cracking! As a comparison my .44mag (for indoor 20-30m) work out at no more than £13/100 using Kranks GM cast bullets. The cost of new decent cases (StarLine) amortizes to almost nothing as using indoor/cowboy/gallery loads there is very little working of the brass so they are good for multiple reloads. JONAH898
Why is that? Thought they were perfectly legal on a section 1 as a few dealers gave sold them that way?
Andy H
The make them with a smoothbore or a rifled barrel , The smoothbore is not allowed in the UK the only revolving smoothbore allowed is for the 9mm rimfire cartridge.

You could try these, http://www.marlinriflesuk.co.uk/bullet-heads-cases/ Edited October 26, 2014 by phaedra1106
