Salop Matt
We have one of those any sharpe knife sharpeners in the kitchen as all our knives are cheap. Its no different than my Bladetec, does the same job and as some say will pull very tiny peices out of the blade but for my uses its fine. Opinel and a DMT is all I use, expensive knive are nice to look at but as a work tool a cheap knife IMO is always better ! ATB Matt

A full system is going to provide for regrinds, sharpening and honing. No one machine will do all of these 3 together. The F. Very good..... that is 3 machines in one case!!!!!! so yes, I guess it can be done this way.... interesting they have set the sharpening station as a hollow cut, I prefer flat cuts for sharpening and if a hollow cut is needed then I do that as the hollow one. Each to his own I guess. I hate to imagine the cost of that 3 process machine.
Fil
For a great cheap sharpener try the RWS Quick Sharp. (From RUAG) At around a fiver I can honestly say they are worth a go. Had a guy looking for a new knife because his was always blunt. Sharpened his with the RWS and he said his knife has never been that sharp. Lost a knife sale because of it.. lol.
