das
Hi All Just aquired a Browning Maxus Premium Grade 3 in excellent condition and shoots just fine. However, I'm not a fan of the ramped fibre optic front sight and would to change it for a single bead. Can anyone advise me how to remove this gadget, I presume the optic rod should be removed first but giving it a slight tug with some pliers, it seems very tight and I don't want to ****** anything up at this stage. Many Thanks David.
alastair0903
The pipe should just clip out and fall off . I have lost 3 of my light pipes this way I should know ! On removing the light pipe there is a small screw to remove the carrier , however there is also a small roll pin that sticks out of the rib to locate the carrier . This pin may need removed depending on the replacement sight you choose
