James123
I have a beretta 301 but am debating changing the barrel, will the barrel from 302 and 303 models fit straight on ? Also any preference as to which would be better ? Many thanks for any advice given
Andy H
Barrel from a 303 is flush fitting multichoke.
James123
Right I am fairly new to this so what do you mean by flush fitting ? Thanks though

James123
Ah lol ideal thanks for clearing that up. So will 303 barrel fit straight on then ? Cheers for your help chaps
Rst1990
How comes you wanna change the barrel? I have a beretta a301 and find the barrel good, I think the barrels do swap straight over, there is a thread on here some where. Atb
James123
Well just find the barrel a bit short, was only pondering over it really. Out of interest what would you expect to pay for the 303 barrel ?
Rst1990
Never really see them up for sale, your in a good position as you have a shorter barrel as most want a short barrel for a semi so you may be able to swap with someone? IEH
About £150 when they do come up for sale
sishyplops
Chris potter has some new ones for less than £150 if you haggle with him, yes they do fit straight on, the 303, 304 or a browning B80 barrel would be the best bets, (beretta made the browning B80 some slight differences in the gun but the barrel is the same albeit invector choked) you should pick up a s/h barrel for under £75 I have seen a few locally in shops that were sub £100, these are old guns now and whilst parts may be getting rarer they are not getting any more expensive, a stock went on flea bay for £15 recently !!!
