fielddweller Posted January 6, 2015 Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 Popped out this morning to a local farm where the birds have been,none on the rape but 100 plus sat in trees.There was little wind only sun light to contend with and with no obvious flight line I chose a large tree on the edge of the wood facing out of the sun. My set up to start with was 7 dead birds on cradles and my whirly then added what I shot. Nothing for 15 mins then steady for a couple of hours and then nothing again so packed up.
