Once again, the police attempting to over-reach their authority. Crikey, calm down - they are only trying to keep law and order... Nothing wrong with putting in a quick 2 min phone call explaining that you are doing pest control to rid a fox or two and state address etc... That way when 100 neighbours phone and tell them they heard gunshots in garden the know upfront what they are dealing with... (And saves you being covered in red dots from SO19) When I was working for a large pest control company, we would do this when taking this type of job on to cover ourselves...
