Scully
Tonights was Rick Stein in Australia, or rather Tasmania. He went shooting Wallaby with a pig farmer. Wallabies are classed as vermin apparently but their meat is well worth eating. He also met a Sushi chef who on first opening his restaurant was open 7 days a week, but is now so successful he only opens 2 days a week, and that's just for lunch! The skill that bloke has with a knife is incredible. He visited a distillery where the worlds best single malt is or was made, and from that barrel they have 3 bottles left and have been offered 20k per bottle, and went fishing for Abalone which are exported live to China. Two blokes fish for 80 to 90 days a year, and when their holds are full they will have 6 ton of Abalone on board, which is worth just under $ 300,000 Australian. Not bad work if you can get it. Well worth a look on iplayer for those who like good food. Edited March 3, 2015 by Scully

malkiserow
A cook abroad as a series seems to be a good one. I enjoyed the Tassies and their lifestyle/environment.
