r1steele Posted March 11, 2015 Report Share Posted March 11, 2015 (edited) The stock you require will be for a Howa 1500 short action (doesn't need to be .223 specific, just short action) which for your rifle has a standard measurement for the action screws of 7 1/4 inches, centre to centre. You will have to specify whether you need a stock to suit either a sporter weight barrel or heavy barrel but the action screws remain the same. It's for the varmint barrel,I have removed some rubber down the barrel channel and at the front of the forend, It stops the barrel contacting the stock whilst using a bipod.I'm open to offers or swaps.
