adi786
Hi Guys, Basically i've never bought/paid online and asked the seller for RFD. am looking forwad to buy a shotgun from one of the guys over guntrader, and was looking forward to know if there's a safe way to pay and get it rfd to you or it is something where we all have to take a risk, i.e. we pay and then other side never RFD it to you? rimfire4969
What type of payment do they want? Credit card or PayPal would be my favorite as a buyer. I have bought quite a few guns that have been sent rfd from dealers and private sellers and I have not had a bad experience, but most of the private buys I have done have been through gunwatch and known members of pigeonwatch. adi786
its a private seller so would be bank transfer i believe but was thinking to ask if they got pay pal. also one of my friend said it be best to ask them to take it to their local firearms dealer, and i ring them directly asking them to check it and see if it has been collected and pay at that time (not sure if that is doable)
johnphilip
paypal will not cover you for buying guns or rifles, bank transfer would be safer some more info here http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/topic/144828-paypals-policy-on-the-purchase-of-guns-and-allied-equipment/

rimfire4969
I guess not but it will be sent by a rfd so a chat with them might ease your mind.
