Wilts#Dave
what difference does rain make? there is no such thing as bad weather its just bad clothing!! I've never found pigeons flight anything like as well when it's non stop rain. Showers yes, when it dries up the birds tend to appear but I'd not waste my time setting up on a day when the rain was set in for good. So frustrating when the weather is against you, my dad was out on saturday on bean drillings and had much the same problems but managed 31 before the heavens opened! stoxs
agree constant rain pigeons dont like flying . always the same everything looks good then it chucks it down. Old folks tale was pigeons dont like getting thier feet muddy, proved that wrong a few times over the years.

Guest Wilksy
I've been sat in it all afty! It cleared up about 3 and the wind picked up and dried my gear nicely, but only managed two and two rooks, over rape, then it came black as night at 6:30 so I legged it, but it was just getting busy!
