pat g
Coterminous renewal arrived today. A totally hassle free and thoroughly professional service. All questions and requests dealt with promptly both face to face and over telephone. Polite and courteous. Turned around in approx 8 weeks. I also requested a 222 and also asked for condition to use for Roe in Scotland. One happy customer yet again. We all here some horror stories regarding some licensing authorities from various forces ( some justified, some maybe not) but credit where credits due. So i will be in the market for a triple and have narrowed it down to either a Sako 75 or a Tkka T3 Varmint but maybe a Pro hunter. Lovely calibre IMO ATB, Pat
Blackbart
I think a lot of licensing teams could learn a bit from northumbria from some of the stories I have heard on here and other places. Dealt with them for years and they are know what they are doing and quick to do it.
Katzenjammer
Good but no where near as good as my experience with Cleveland as you know Pat. Less than two weeks turnaround from FEO collecting the coterminous forms through to the certs dropping through my letterbox. Now then, have you sent a thank you letter? Praise where praise is due? phaedra1106
Can we move in with you?, Durham are still pathetic (very polite word for them!). Had to send my FAC back in as it has a condition which only allows use of my firearms while a member of a club I'm no longer with, that was 18 days ago for a simple re-print. Good news is I'm selling a Sec.1 shotgun today so will have to notify them about that and request the free 1-for-1 while they still have it. So far this year (with having 2 variations due to selling a couple of rifles) and now this they've had it in their possession longer than I've had it in mine Edited April 18, 2015 by phaedra1106
